The adage "the two happiest day of a boat owner's life is the day he buys a boat and the day he sells it." is not true for Rich.

The enjoyment garnered during the planning and building of the Sturdy Beggar can not be matched.

The days aboard were worth the time and expense.

Knowing that the boat is in the hands of people who will care for and enjoy it is also rewarding.

Now down river to the clam flats for Rich in his new Lund skiff!
